Man, that was so boring. There wasn't even a gush of wind or enough rain that I could hear it from inside, it was like a coastal mist. That's all we got! I was all prepared for the worse, flashlights and all, i didn't even get thunder or lightening! I demand a refund! I'm quite disappointed. The worse part of it all is that it proves me wrong and Brad right, and that's just unacceptable.

Glad it was boring for you. Ike wasn't so boring for my brother Brian. He and his family were miles away but their home is right by the shore on Galveston Island. They don't know how bad their apartment is but it looks like they will have 2-5 feet of water inside their home. :(
That's funny, Ang! I was wondering how that all panned out. Glad you didn't get the worst, but bummed you didn't even get some rain and lightening. Storms can be a lot of fun! =)
