The GREATEST Valentine's Gift EVER!

So I repeatedly try to out-do myself on thoughtful gifts and have had a blast trying to find something better than the last. You have to understand that these gifts are more for myself than they are for Brad because frankly, I'm a girl, and I get into that sentimental sweet gushy love thing way more than he does. So I wanted to share this gift idea with you with enough time that you too can take advantage of this amazing idea. Brad and I had lots of time to write eachother letters while he was on his mission, so I got a few of the letters he wrote me (I don't have the ones I wrote him with me, they are in storage) and took little parts out of them and added some pics of us and made a blanket out of it. Microfiber on one side, soft fleece on the other. It should pretty much be the best gift ever! Anyway, here is the website if you'd like: http://www.visionbedding.com If you can actually read anything on here, the image is quite small, this is not my final draft, I found a few errors, so don't bother letting me know, I already took care of it :)

Girls NIGHT!!!

So Brad's working late tonight so I did my hair and makeup as well as the girls and we're having a "Girl's Night." Tori said she doesn't want Dad to come home because it wouldn't be a Girl's Night. Anyway, so that's not the funny thing. We were all indulging in a snack of Doritos. I put a bunch on a plate for all of us to share. Abbie said, "Now can we go watch Princess?" (Princess and the Pauper) I said, after you finish the Doritos, because I didn't want her to get her messy fingers everywhere. She goes, "But, we're going to get fat!"

Taco Soup, Hold The Worms Please.

We had our family favorite dinner tonight, Taco Soup. I bought ground beef from Wal-mart for it, it ended up being kinda stringy. When it was time to serve the food, I asked Abbie if she wanted some as I picked up the spoon filled with the soup. She said rather frankly, "Yeah, but no worms." We all looked at eachother like, "What?" Then we looked at the spoon. There was a long string of ground beef hanging from the spoon and honestly, it did look like a fried worm, it was pretty gross looking. We all had a good laugh, took the worm out, and gave her the spoonful. I said, "That's going on my blog." :)

I Saw Mermaid's DingleHopper!!!

So the other day, Tori comes to me all excited after playing her new Leapster and she says, "MOMMY! I saw Mermaid's Dinglehopper!!!" I sat in shock for a quick second as my mind ran through what a Dinglehopper was and then I said, "Oh good!" Dinglehopper is quite the word for a fork :)
