So, it started with one accident, and quickly added up to a lot of accidents and my cat has decided that she is smarter than me and needs to teach me that potty training is for kids, not cats. She's not too keen on this idea anymore. As soon as I didn't have any kitty litter in there and put water in there she decided she wasn't very happy and did her business in the bath tub, in the sink, and on the floor, more than once! SO... I went back to the kitty litter in the dish in the toilet and she was doing great until this morning she decided it wasn't clean enough or something, and went ON THE FLOOR,... #2!!! It was so gross! At one point when I was trying to move from kitty litter to water I tried putting kitty litter in a plastic bag and put it at the bottom of the dish with water over it, but the bag wouldn't stay down and she wasn't fooled. I thought I was pretty smart to have that idea, but obviously not as smart as she is to know its not kitty litter that she can use. Anyway, SO... this is going to take a while. But I will succeed, just a little slower I guess. The key is that she doesn't like going while I'm watching her, but in order to train them not to use the litter, you have to be right there when they go so you can remove the waste without them trying to cover it up... so that's where the problem exists I think. Who knows,I'll figure it out one of these days. Sorry no pictures, I'm thinking of you, really, you don't want to see any of this.

Thanks for not having pics. I don't know what my stomache can handle right now. ;)

That's funny. Good luck with that one!
:)
I vote for giving in to nature, cats aren't too accepting of nurture. It is a very strong instinct,it's how they mark their territory. Putting the kitty litter in the laundry room may be one solution. Good Luck!
That's funny. Thanks for thinking of us on the picture saving idea. =)
